There is access to a communal saltwater pool, located in the center of the complex. The apartment includes an underground parking space, easily accessible via an elevator. The nearest supermarket is about 400 meters away. The center of Conil and the old town are also just a few minutes’ walk away. The communal saltwater pool is available from mid-May to mid-October.
