Beautiful rustic-style house, very well maintained and located in La Vigia. It has a capacity for up to 6 people and features a private pool, barbecue area, and a lovely garden, making it perfect for the whole family to enjoy outdoor activities.
The house has a ground floor where you'll find the kitchen open to the dining-living room, a bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom with 2 single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, portable oven, toaster, coffee maker, and all other necessary utensils. The living room is furnished with two comfortable sofas, a TV, dining table, and fireplace for colder days. WiFi is also available.
On the first floor, there is a second bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.35) and another with two single beds. From the first floor, there is also access to a beautiful terrace with lovely views.
Outside, there is space to park cars within the fully enclosed plot, which guarantees privacy and security.
