Casa Colada is a bright and well equipped wooden house with private pool for 4 people. In front of the pool there is a chill out terrace with garden furniture’s and sun loungers: perfecto for family holidays.

Living room with comfortable sofas, TV with Spanish programs and international programs via satellite, Wifi, dining table with chairs.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, and other necessary kitchen utensils.

2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 1.50 m and the other with two single beds. All bedrooms have mosquito nets.

On the outside, there is a covered porch with table and chairs, a Chill-out terrace with sun lounges and pergola, the barbecue, pool (7x3 m) and garden around the house.

The house is located in the area of Colorado, about 3 km from Conil. Despite being in a rural area, you can easily access all kinds of establishments such as restaurants, bars, shops, etc. thanks to the proximity of the road that connects with the Colorado. The house is fully fenced for your safety and within the plot there is enough space to park. The house has solar panels to provide electricity to the house.
