Living room with comfortable sofas, dining table and chairs, satellite TV, WiFi, and air conditioning. The air conditioning operates on a 3-hour timer, but can be extended for 24 hours if needed, requiring reactivation every 3 hours. From June to September, the cost of air conditioning is included in the price. In other months, it can be included for an additional fee of EUR 7.50 per day.
Kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, blender, and all necessary kitchen utensils.

The private pool (4x7 m) has several loungers available. There is secure parking within the property.
The house is situated in a quiet area. The beaches of Urbanización Roche are approximately 4 km away, and a very nice restaurant is just 800 m from the house.

One set of bed linen and one set of towels is added per tenant. It is possible to add a second set for an extra charge per person and set.
