Casa Ivan is a very well equipped, modern style holiday home. The house is spacious and bright, for a total of 6-7  people. It offers a perfect place for a great family holiday with its private pool, large and well-kept garden and the covered BBQ area.

• Open and modern kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, refrigerator, and all other necessary kitchen utensils.
• 3 bedrooms, for maximal 6 -7people. All windows have mosquito-net.
• 2 baths with shower, one is in suite to the main bedroom

The air conditioning has a 2h timer, in this case it can be used for 24h if necessary, but the air has to be reactivated every 3h. From June to September the cost of air conditioning is included in the price. In the other months it can be included with a supplement of 7.50 EUR per day.

The house is located in the Colorado in a quiet area and about 3KM from a small supermarket. It is completely walled and the entrance is through a large roller door. There is safe parking for 3 cars provided.
