The Casa La Cobija is a new and modern house ideal for families or couples seeking a comfortable and peaceful vacation. It accommodates up to 4-5 people and features a private pool, sun loungers, and an outdoor barbecue area with table and chairs.

Features:

• Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, and all necessary utensils.
• Bright living room with sofa, TV with Spanish channels, dining table, and air conditioning.
  *The air conditioning has a 2-hour timer; in this case, it can be used continuously for 24 hours if needed, but it must be reactivated every 3 hours. From June to September, the cost of air conditioning is included in the price. In other months, it can be included for an additional fee of 7.50 EUR per day.
• 2 bedrooms: one with a 135 cm double bed and the other a 135 cm double bed and 1 single bed (90 cm), accommodating up to 4-5 people, with mosquito nets on all windows.
• 1 bathroom with shower.
• Private pool and barbecue area with sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool is fenced and measures 4.50 meters wide by 2.5 meters long.
  

The plot is fully fenced with ample parking space inside. Nearby, there are other houses and chalets in a family-friendly and tranquil area.

The house is located in El Colorado in a quiet area, about 3 km from a small supermarket. The plot is fully fenced, and entry is through a wide automatic sliding gate. Parking is available for 3 cars.
