Positiv: renovierte Bäder, reichhaltige Ausstattung der Küche (Geschirr und Besteck) viele Pfannen, wenn auch leider in schlechtem Zustand,
Insgesamt alles sauber
Negativ; das Haus ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt dringend Renovierung: Putz fällt ab, Fliesen sind locker und viele auch kaputt….etc.
Garten nicht gepflegt, Liegen samt Polstern schmutzig,
Ausstattung nicht wie angegeben: SAT- TV (inzwischen korrigiert), Kaffeemaschine, Markise…..
Schade- es würde sich lohnen, sich ein wenig mehr zu engagieren.

Vielen Dank. Wir haben den Vermieter bereits informiert und erwarten Besserung!
