Arrival can take place from approx. 16.00 hrs until 22.00 hrs, departure should take place by 11.00 hrs. Earlier arrivals or later departures require a separate agreement. If you arrive after 22.00 hrs, an additional fee of € 20,- may be charged on site.
Towels and bed linen are provided (but please bring your own bath sheets!).
After you have decided on one of our offered accommodations, please inform us of your postal address and telephone number. We will then send you an agency contract by e-mail and ask you to pay the deposit. For bookings made up to 21 days before arrival, the deposit of 30% of the rental price must be paid within 3 days of the conclusion of the contract to the account stated in the rental contract. Depending on the property, the balance will be paid on arrival when the keys are handed over on site or by bank transfer 21 days before arrival. If you have booked at short notice and the stay is less than 3 weeks away, we ask you to transfer the total amount.
The rental price includes the following costs:
-utilities such as water, electricity and gas (heating costs may be charged extra in winter, but we will point this out if necessary).
-taxes and fees
-the final cleaning (some accommodations charge extra, but we will point this out)
-One set of bed linen and towels, one shower towel and one hand towel per person (beach towels excluded).
Additional services:
-Baby cot and high chair (usually available and free of charge at our accommodation).
-intermediate cleaning
-pet if allowed (€ 6,- per day extra)
-heater (€ 50,- per week extra)
Every landlord has the right to ask for a deposit. The amount varies depending on the accommodation (from 150€ to 400€). How much the deposit is for the accommodation you have booked is stated in your rental contract.
1. the tenant can withdraw from the contract before moving in. In the event of withdrawal, compensation for the loss of rent must be paid. The amount of compensation is as follows on receipt of the notice of withdrawal by the landlord or agent

from the 21st day before the start of the journey 90% of the rental price.
The lessee reserves the right to prove that the lessor has saved higher expenses or that he/she was able to let the rental object elsewhere at the same price. For reasons of proof, we recommend the written form or the text form for the withdrawal. 2.

If this is not the case, the lessor shall be entitled to charge the costs incurred for the additional cleaning work.

3. the tenant further undertakes to tolerate the removal of any defects that occur.

4. the pool is only to be entered after appropriate cleaning of the body and to be kept free of other impurities. Please also do not use the pool when freshly creamed. Costs arising from disregard of these rules (e.g. additional cleaning of the pool) will be borne by the tenant. The use of the pool is not possible for the duration of the cleaning. 5.
5. no groups of young people are allowed in the holiday properties offered by us.
6. Due to potential fire hazards, it is strictly prohibited to charge electric vehicles on or inside the premises. Likewise, operating personal electric heaters or air conditioning units brought into the property is not allowed. Any damages or costs arising from non-compliance with these regulations are the financial responsibility of the tenant.
7. The gardeners and pool caretakers require access to the outdoor facilities. We strive to minimize any inconvenience during your stay, but regular cleaning of pools and maintenance of gardens is necessary. If access to the indoor areas is needed, we will make an effort to contact you in advance whenever possible.
The landlord hereby expressly points out that neither the tenant nor his companions or the things carried by him are insured during the stay in the holiday home. The conclusion of appropriate insurance for illness, accident and luggage is recommended.
Liability for damage to property and pecuniary loss, with the exception of liability for breach of the obligations to hand over and grant use of the rented property in accordance with the contract, to maintain the property, is limited insofar as the damage is not caused intentionally or by gross negligence or is insured or insurable by a corresponding insurance policy. The owner is not liable for disturbances in connection with external services not covered by the contract (e.g. flight bookings, car rental, etc.).
If authorities prohibit the use of the pools due to reasons such as pandemics or water shortages, this does not constitute grounds for a refund.
The owner points out that no liability is assumed for impairments which are due to conditions typical for the country. These include, for example, short-term power and water failures, insects such as ants, etc.
We do not assume responsibility for accidents of any kind during your stay in the holiday home, especially in houses with pools and rooftop terraces. Children should never be left unattended near pools or on rooftop terraces, even if they are fenced.
In case of default with the down payment, the landlord can declare the withdrawal from the rental contract after a simple reminder with a deadline.
Changes to the contract require the landlord's consent in writing or text form. This also applies to the amendment of the form clause.
Casa Conil, on behalf of the landlord, reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately and without refund if the tenant engages in conduct that violates the terms of the agreement despite prior warning. Such conduct includes, but is not limited to:
